Your rights

The GDPR entitles you, as the data subject, the following rights. These are:

  • The right of confirmation as to whether data concerning you are being processed, of information on the data processed, of further information about the data processing and of obtain a copy of the data (Art. 15 GDPR).
  • The right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed (Art. 16 GDPR).
  • The right to erasure of the data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • The right to restrict the processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • The right to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and to have this data transferred to other providers/controllers (Art. 20 GDPR).
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they consider that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in breach of data protection law (Art. 77 GDPR).
  • The right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO) to the future processing of the data concerning you, insofar as the data are processed by the provider on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing is possible.

In addition, the Provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the Provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 DSGVO. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding the above, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Personal data we’re collecting

When you visit our website, we process personal data. We process this data to ensure the functioning of this website or, if necessary, to answer your enquiry. You will find detailed information on which data we process in the following sections.

Server log-files

The provider of our website does process and store automatically the following information, which are sent from your browser at any time, in as so called server log-files.

  • The browser type and version used,
  • the operating system of the accessing device,
  • the webpage from which the accessing device arrives at our website (so-called Referrer),
  • subpages, which a device is accessing on our website,
  • the date and time of access of the website,
  • the internet protocol address (IP-Address),
  • other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our IT systems.

These information is collected to deliver the content of this website, to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and, in the event of a cyber attack, to defend it and, if necessary, to report it. We collect this data on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in the legitimate interest of ensuring functionality, security and integrity of our website and systems. In general, those data is deleted within a month, unless there are legal retention period to the contrary or it is needed to defend our rights.

Contact Form / E-Mail

In the case that you're contacting us using the contact form or via email, we're using the given information and, as the case may be, your personal data to respond your request. This data we're processing on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in the legitimate interest to answer your request. Beyond that, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR may also be considered as a legal basis, if your enquiry serves to implement pre-contractual measures.

Your message is automatically stored, e.g. in our mail system, and deleted after your enquiry has been answered, unless there are legal retention period to the contrary.

Web Analytics

We use Matomo to analyse the reach of our website. The protection of your data is important for us, which is why we have configures Matomo in such a way that your IP address in only recorded in shortened form and no information is stored on your device (e.g cookies). We only process personal usage data anonymised.  It is not possible for us to draw any conclusions about your person. Matomo is a service of InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, („Matomo“). In case of you accepted the Cookie category "Statistics" in the consent management tool, Matomo does set a Cookie which alowes us to recognise multiple visits from you. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the Cookiebot widget. Legal basis here is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDOPR.

Cookiebot

We're using Cookiebot, a Product of Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark, as consent management tool. With this tool you can on the one hand allow us to set cookies on your device, but also check which cookies we do use. Cookiebot does store your consent in a cookie, this is technical necessary to ensure that we do respect your choice. We signed a DPA with Cookiebot to ensure an appropriate level of data protection. Recaptcha

We use Recaptcha - a Product of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland - to protect our site and services from SPAM and other fraudulent activities. Though legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in the legitimate interest of ensuring functionality, security and integrity of our website and systems. Which and how Google does collect data can be found under https://policies.google.com/privacy. Recaptcha is also setting Cookies on your device, which are necessary to operate the service.
